Artist’s Statement
A pair of legs stretch down from a leaf-covered log to dip into a creek. This piece is an ode to my childhood summers with hairy, scratched-up, barefoot, mosquito-bitten legs. Younger me, don’t worry — our summer legs still look exactly the same.
